Networking in the Finance function is often associated with traditional formats: conferences, roundtables, formal events.
But do these formats truly enable authentic connections between peers?
It was from this reflection that the FINANCE CONNECT by ALTHEA initiative was born: an evening designed to offer a different approach to networking—more direct, more natural, and more conducive to exchanges.
A deliberately different format
The objective of FINANCE CONNECT is simple: create the conditions for quality exchanges between Finance professionals.
Rather than multiplying presentations or top-down formats, the event prioritizes:
- direct interactions between participants
- an informal setting
- shared moments fostering spontaneous discussions
The idea is to step outside the usual framework to enable more fluid and authentic exchanges.
An event dedicated to Finance professionals
The evening is aimed at profiles involved in the Finance function and its transformations:
- CFO
- Chief Accountant
- management control managers
- transformation managers
- Finance IS managers
The ambition is to bring together profiles with common challenges, in order to foster relevant exchanges between peers
A program designed to foster exchanges
The event will take place on Thursday, June 11, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, at Casa Padel Dos – Asnières.
The program has been designed to alternate between moments of exchange and shared activities:
- networking between peers, in an informal setting
- introduction to padel through an initiation session and a few matches, accessible to all levels, on a voluntary basis
- coaching provided by Thomas Leygue, France’s number 1 padel player
- cocktail dinner to extend the discussions
This format creates different interactions, combining professional exchanges and sporting activity.
An event centered on sharing
Organized in partnership with Sage, this evening places exchange at the heart of the experience.
The objective is not only to meet, but to create lasting connections between professionals sharing common challenges.
