At Althéa, we are convinced that the success of any transformation depends above all on collective spirit. We cultivate this mindset daily in our missions for business departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain…), but also through sporting initiatives that bring us together and inspire us.
It is therefore with great enthusiasm that we will be present from October 17 to 19, 2025 at the Lyon Platinum Padel, an event that promises to be one of the highlights of the French sporting calendar.

This event is not limited to a sporting fixture: it contributes to the growth of padel in France and embodies a dynamic of shared performance.
July 5: a major tournament between finance leaders
Before joining the international stage, we wanted to experience this sporting spirit ourselves. On July 5, Althéa brought together several big names from finance and software publishing on the padel courts – Basware, Cegedim, Cegid, Coupa, Itesoft, Ivalua, Medius, Neocase, Quadient, Sage, SAP, Talentia, Workday, and of course Althéa.
A moment that was both competitive and convivial, which allowed for the creation of strong links between industry players while cultivating the values we hold dear: collective spirit, agility, and excellence.
When sport inspires transformations
Padel, by its very DNA, reflects dynamics similar to those we observe in organizations:
- Team spirit: performance is never a solo act.
- Agility: knowing how to adapt strategy to every rally, just as business departments do in shifting environments.
