The session began with an in-depth introduction to Oracle’s genesis and philosophy. This presentation allowed participants to grasp the spirit and fundamental principles underpinning the Oracle HCM solution.
Familiarizing with the Solution and its Modules
Next, participants explored the various Oracle HCM modules in detail. This exploration prepared our teams for efficient deployments, offering them an overview of the available capabilities and functionalities.
Mastering the Deployment Methodology
The session continued with a comprehensive presentation of Oracle’s deployment methodology. Understanding this methodology is crucial to ensure successful implementations and maximize value for our clients.
