What does this new promotion represent for you?

It is a continuation of my commitment to Althéa: it is important to me to take on new responsibilities and rise to the challenges ahead. It is also a sign of the trust Althéa places in its teams!

What are your long-term objectives?

  • Developing and promoting tomorrow’s offerings, inspired by our current use cases,
  • Supporting our consultants in meeting our clients’ new expectations and constraints,
  • Integrating new technological opportunities to boost the efficiency and relevance of our engagements.

Are there people you would like to thank?

The entire ecosystem helps me enrich my vision every day: clients, prospects, consultants, software vendors, partners, and of course the Althéa Executive Committee for its trust and support!

3 questions for Emmanuelle Rassek, appointed Director

What does this new promotion represent for you?

  • A new chapter in my career, enabling me to continue developing my skills in organisational transformation and change management support
  • Recognition of my expertise and experience in these areas
  • An exciting challenge to develop and implement innovative approaches to change management
  • The opportunity to have a significant impact on our clients’ digital and organisational transformation strategies and to strengthen our firm’s position as a leader in this field

  • A key role in adapting our offerings to rapid market changes and client needs in a context of major geopolitical, technological and environmental challenges

What are your long-term objectives?

  • Enabling P&T to become an essential strategic partner on transformation topics, by offering expertise and innovative solutions capable of addressing multi-sector and multi-functional challenges
  • Developing and promoting innovative change management approaches, combining cutting-edge technologies and behavioural insights, to enable our clients to deliver high-impact transformations
  • Building a dynamic network of strategic partnerships, notably with technology leaders, in order to have real-time market insight and impact
  • Developing cross-functional collaboration internally with other practices, in order to offer complementary, high value-added offerings
  • Strengthening and growing the P&T team: recruiting and training top-level consultants specialised in digital and organisational transformation / change management, to support the growth of our offerings and cement our reputation on these topics in the market

I would like to thank Guillaume Koch, Philippe Pauwels, David Bellaiche, and Jean-Julien Lecomte for their human values and expertise, as well as Éric Seurat for his commercial drive. Finally, a huge thank you to the entire P&T team, whose excellence contributes to the development of our practice.

3 questions for Fatima-Azzahra Lemzaoui, appointed Director

What does this new promotion represent for you?

This promotion represents recognition of the work accomplished over the years and of the trust the Executive Committee places in me. It is also a new step in my professional journey, marked by a strengthened ambition to actively contribute to Althéa’s development, while supporting teams towards new successes.

What are your long-term objectives?

In the long term, I want to consolidate our position in the market, build strong relationships with our clients, and continue to innovate in our offerings to meet the transformation needs of HR Directors and CIOs.

Are there people you would like to thank?

I would like to thank David Bellaiche, Philippe Pauwels, Thomas Luks, Lionel Gaillard, Xavier Maudet, Guillaume Koch, as well as the entire Executive Committee for their trust and support.

3 questions for Constantin Bardin, appointed Director

What does this new promotion represent for you?

It is a real sign of trust from Althéa, and I am very touched by it. It is also a great responsibility, which calls for a certain level of exemplary behaviour internally and towards my clients and partners. It also marks my long-term commitment to Althéa.

What are your long-term objectives?

I want to continue growing the sales team that has been structured this year and that must continue to mature and build its skills to be as close as possible to the expectations of our clients and our consultants. In the longer term, anything is possible: leading a business team? Taking part in opening a new office? But I already have a lot to do before then.

Are there people you would like to thank?

Of course, I owe a lot to David Bellaiche, who recruited me and taught me a great deal (and continues to do so); to Philippe Pauwels, who has helped me grow over the past 5 years, notably in our consulting expertise and in my management role; and to Eric Seurat, our Sales Director, who places unwavering trust in me, enabling me to work in a very healthy and highly motivating environment.

3 questions for Arnaud Kerhervé, appointed Director

What does this new promotion represent for you?

For me, this appointment is a mark of mutual trust celebrating 14 years of shared commitment. It is an opportunity to reinvent myself and explore new perspectives, notably in developing innovative approaches around data and AI, by integrating these advances into HRIS and their day-to-day use.

What are your long-term objectives?

I want to deepen my understanding of the profession and better understand our clients’ business sectors. My objective is to concretely integrate data into our assignments to enhance the value of our projects and HRIS, while remaining accessible and useful for users.

Are there people you would like to thank?

I would like to thank everyone—colleagues, clients, CIOs, HR Directors and Althéans—who placed their trust in me at key moments, whether for impact analyses, convergences or project architectures. Their listening and patience were invaluable. You always learn from others, and that richness is essential to pass on in turn.
