The Gender Equality Index is a scheme introduced by French law to tackle pay gaps between men and women within companies. It is based on several key indicators:
- Pay gaps 38/40
- Individual pay rise gaps 35/35
- % of employees receiving a pay rise following return from maternity leave 15/15
- Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest earners. 0/10
This index, assessed out of 100 points, must be above 75 points.
Our index stands at 88 points out of 100; this score reflects our ongoing commitment to ensuring pay equity and opportunities for professional progression for all our employees, regardless of gender.
Indeed, at Althéa, we believe that promoting gender equality is essential to fostering a diverse and inclusive working environment.
