We are proud to share with you our training review for 2024. These figures reflect both our commitment to continuous improvement and the reality of the challenges encountered.
- In 2024, 86% of employees were trained in 2024, compared with 70% in 2023 (+16 pts).
Overall in 2024, this represents more than 8,864 hours of certified training and €613,091 invested in training. A significant programme to ensure broader, more accessible training coverage, enabling more employees to strengthen their skills throughout the year.
These figures demonstrate our determination to strengthen expertise within our firm, with an ambition that remains unchanged: to provide every talent with the resources needed to excel in their field.
