Gender Equality Index 2024

Althéa has calculated the Gender Equality Index for 2024 and obtained a score of: 55/100

The points are distributed across 4 indicators as follows:

  • Pay gap between women and men: 40/40
  • Gap in individual salary increase rates (in % or equivalent number of employees): 0/35
  • Return from maternity leave: percentage of female employees who received a salary increase in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15
  • Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest salaries: 0/10

Althéa reaffirms its commitment to eliminating pay gaps between women and men and to taking action when such disparities are unjustified. It has therefore implemented corrective measures for the two indicators that did not achieve the maximum score, namely:

1. Reducing the gap in individual salary increase rates

  • Implementation of a salary transparency policy to clearly define the criteria for salary increases and promotions.
  • Continuous assessment of the distribution of salary budgets to ensure equality between women and men.
  • Conducting a salary increase audit to support female employees in their professional development.

2. Increasing the number of women among the 10 highest salaries

  • Ensuring a fair recruitment and promotion process to foster diversity.
  • Identifying and supporting female talent internally through leadership and management training.

These actions aim to ensure genuine and lasting equality between women and men within Althéa.
