What was your career path before joining Althéa?
I started my career at a large IT services company, where I spent my first years in the consulting world. I learned the fundamentals of the consulting profession there and discovered a real passion for Procurement topics. I stayed for five years; that experience gave me real professional maturity, but after a while I felt a lack of meaning in my role. I wanted to play an active part in my company’s development, which led me to Althéa.
What about your journey at Althéa?
I joined Althéa in February 2017 as a Senior Consultant. In addition to my client assignments, I had the opportunity to become actively involved in the firm’s internal life—an engagement that drives me and enables me to contribute directly to its development. Today, as a Senior Manager, I am proud to lead the firm’s Procurement offering and to contribute to the development of this strategic activity for Althéa’s Finance Procurement team!
What do your assignments involve?
Overall, I support Procurement departments across all their strategic, organisational and information systems topics, covering the entire value chain of a Procurement function. Over the course of my career, I have been fortunate to support many Procurement departments with varying levels of maturity, which now enables me to advise my clients with the necessary perspective and maximised added value.
What does this appointment mean to you?
For me, it is above all a sign of trust and recognition of my commitment at Althéa and with my clients. It is a key milestone in my career that motivates me to keep investing and pushing myself to bring even more added value to Althéa and our clients. It also means taking on additional responsibilities, notably leading and developing the Procurement offering. I am committed to contributing to Althéa’s strategic projects, supporting the continued growth of our Finance Procurement team, and sharing my passion for Procurement!
What are your aspirations for the future?
I want to continue to play a key role in the strategic development of the Finance Procurement team and in Althéa’s strategic development. To achieve this, we must continue supporting our clients in their transformation projects to strengthen Althéa’s expertise and recognition in the market in the field of Procurement. I also want to continue investing in supporting our talents; I am committed to training and inspiring the next generation of consultants, because I am convinced that collective success comes through sharing experience, growth and the team’s fulfilment.
Is there anyone you would like to thank?
First, I would like to thank David Bellaïche as well as my manager Garri Goldberg, who quickly placed their trust in me and gave me the opportunity to achieve this goal. I would then like to thank all the members of the Finance Procurement team’s executive committee, who shared their experiences with me and helped me improve. I am also very grateful to all the colleagues in the Finance Procurement team, who demonstrate an outstanding team spirit, unwavering motivation and kindness—and that is what keeps pushing us ever higher! I am now looking forward to taking on the challenges ahead and continuing to build, with the Finance Procurement team, the future of procurement and, above all, the future of Althéa!
