“This opportunity represents recognition, but above all, new means to further my areas of specialization, improve our processes, and enhance the quality of our deliverables. I am particularly committed to the excellence of our services and client satisfaction.”
Paul Remy
A brief overview of your background?
I have been supporting companies in the digital transformation of their finance function and in the dematerialization of purchasing and sales processes for 9 years. I have worked on invoicing solution implementation projects in France and abroad, particularly in New Zealand for similar APAC projects.
What are your current responsibilities?
In November 2022, I joined Althéa as a Senior Consultant. Drawing on my management experience, I established myself on master plan and solution selection assignments, quickly adopting the consulting approach specific to Althéa. Together with Garri Goldberg and Julien Martinet, I co-developed an offering dedicated to the electronic invoicing reform (RFE). These assignments now represent 30% of our finance practice’s revenue and illustrate our ability to address companies’ regulatory and strategic challenges.
What has been your greatest challenge at Althéa?
Learning to manage business development was a challenge I was tackling for the first time. Thanks to David Bellaïche, I understood that success in this area relies on a mindset and continuous actions throughout the client relationship, far more than on purely technical skills. From a methodological standpoint, designing the first Gap Analysis within the RFE framework was a real challenge. This project, conducted with Garri Goldberg, not only satisfied the client but also enabled us to structure a methodology now recognized and used to win other contracts, including against Big 4 firms.
What does this Senior Manager appointment represent for you?
Recognition of the journey accomplished, but above all, new means to continue deepening my areas of expertise, improving our processes, and strengthening the quality of our deliverables. I am particularly committed to the excellence of our services and client satisfaction.
What do you enjoy most about Althéa?
The versatility and dynamism. We are true Swiss Army knives, capable of working on a wide variety of subjects. This constant renewal of assignments and our influence on the firm’s future make every day exciting.
Are there people you would like to thank?
David Bellaïche, for his trust and personal investment in my development. Garri Goldberg, for his humor, support, and daily guidance. And finally, all the Althéa teams, who contribute to our collective successes.
