During this workshop, Althéa shared its expertise on the digital transformation of procurement processes, drawing on the concrete example of Bpifrance. In particular, we explored how artificial intelligence enables the optimization of contract management, specifically through the extraction and analysis of complex contractual clauses, which generated significant gains in productivity and added value.
