    Project: Supporting the ministry in the transformation of its HRIS around the RenoiRH solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Alth\u00e9a supported a ministry in redesigning its HRIS across functional areas such as HR administration, payroll (pre-calculation), career management, T&A, employee self-services, and HR dematerialization. Alth\u00e9a’s mission was to support the ministry throughout all project phases (design, acceptance testing, data migration, preparation for cutover, change management, and stabilization in run, among others), as well as in project management, with the objective of redesigning its HRIS towards the inter-ministerial RenoiRH solution, managed by CISIRH<\/strong>.
