The leading cancer center in Europe and ranked 4th worldwide among the best specialized hospitals, Gustave Roussy has 3,400 employees, including 600 researchers. Its campus embodies excellence in care, research, and education.   <\/p>\n\n<p>When Gustave Roussy approached us to work on a strategic project, we knew the challenges would be both human and technical.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A strategic need for a complex project<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>The context:<\/strong> Gustave Roussy sought to deploy <strong>Chronos<\/strong>, a new time and activity management (TAM) tool. The project promised to be complex: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Technical<\/strong>, as the tool had to meet specific functional requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Human<\/strong>, with the challenge of supporting teams through this transformation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;We lacked the internal skills to successfully execute this project,&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> explains their HR Director.<\/p>\n\n<p>As <strong>Adel Bennabi<\/strong>, who led this engagement at Alth\u00e9a, points out:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><em>&#8220;They had opted for a solution change without the necessary human and technical resources. We were able to adapt and finalize the project despite the constraints.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Alth\u00e9a proposed a comprehensive solution, combining TAM expertise and project management, while compensating for missing resources and restoring optimal operations.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Significant results, the fruit of collective work<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Our engagement was marked by several concrete successes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Meeting deadlines<\/strong>: &#8220;It was impressive, especially in a field like human resources where deadlines are often difficult to meet.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Immediate efficiency<\/strong>: At 90%, the solution was functional upon installation, providing an operational tool for employees and HR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Security<\/strong>: Financially and technically, we brought genuine peace of mind to our contacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>These results are the fruit of collective work with the Gustave Roussy teams. <strong><em>&#8220;Alth\u00e9a&#8217;s consultants were truly part of the team.
