{"id":19723,"date":"2025-02-26T09:30:26","date_gmt":"2025-02-26T08:30:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pre.althea-groupe.com\/news\/gender-equality-index-2024"},"modified":"2026-06-24T09:17:10","modified_gmt":"2026-06-24T07:17:10","slug":"gender-equality-index-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/preprod.althea-groupe.com\/en\/news\/gender-equality-index-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Gender Equality Index 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Alth\u00e9a has calculated the Gender Equality Index for 2024 and obtained a score of: <strong>55\/100<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>The points are distributed across 4 indicators as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pay gap between women and men: <strong>40\/40<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gap in individual salary increase rates (in % or equivalent number of employees): <strong>0\/35<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return from maternity leave: percentage of female employees who received a salary increase in the year following their return from maternity leave: <strong>15\/15<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest salaries: <strong>0\/10<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Alth\u00e9a reaffirms its commitment to eliminating pay gaps between women and men and to taking action when such disparities are unjustified. It has therefore implemented corrective measures for the two indicators that did not achieve the maximum score, namely: <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Reducing the gap in individual salary increase rates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implementation of a <strong>salary transparency policy<\/strong> to clearly define the criteria for salary increases and promotions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous assessment of the distribution of <strong>salary budgets<\/strong> to ensure equality between women and men.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting a <strong>salary increase audit<\/strong> to support female employees in their professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>2.
