Last June 25, a discovery session on the Oracle solution, led by 2 experts, brought together 12 participants from our HCM and P&T teams.<\/p>\n

Continuous Training on Oracle HCM at Alth\u00e9a<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At Alth\u00e9a, we firmly believe that continuous training for our consultants on market HRIS vendor platforms is essential to maintain our expertise and offer the best service to our clients. To strengthen our skills, we recently organized an Oracle HCM discovery session, bringing together our HCM and P&T teams. <\/p>\n

Session Highlights<\/strong><\/h2>\n

On June 25, an Oracle HCM solution discovery session was led by two experts from the vendor, Sylvain Letourmy and Florent Roy. This event brought together 12 participants from our HCM and P&T teams, providing a valuable opportunity to delve into the solution’s features and benefits. <\/p>\n

Understanding Oracle’s Genesis and Philosophy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The session began with an in-depth introduction to Oracle’s genesis and philosophy. This presentation allowed participants to grasp the spirit and fundamental principles underpinning the Oracle HCM solution. <\/p>\n

Familiarizing with the Solution and its Modules<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Next, participants explored the various Oracle HCM modules in detail. This exploration prepared our teams for efficient deployments, offering them an overview of the available capabilities and functionalities. <\/p>\n

Mastering the Deployment Methodology<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The session continued with a comprehensive presentation of Oracle’s deployment methodology. Understanding this methodology is crucial to ensure successful implementations and maximize value for our clients. <\/p>\n

We are delighted to see our teams so invested and enthusiastic! The training will be complemented by a second day scheduled for October, focusing on the deployment modalities of the Oracle HCM solution for clients.
\nSince the beginning of the year, our Human Capital Management division has invested over \u20ac30,000 excluding tax in consultant training. <\/p>\n
