Our recent intervention enabled the Metropolitan Area to effectively recover its Social Security daily allowances, a service that represents not only an immediate cash flow gain, but also a valuable time optimization for its teams. <\/p>\n\n<p>Discover the feedback from Olivier Montaigne, Shared Human Resources Director of the Greater Nancy Metropolitan Area, the City and the CCAS of Nancy, on this collaboration.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Introduction to the Greater Nancy Metropolitan Area and Its Human Resources Director<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Olivier Montaigne: &#8220;My name is Olivier Montaigne, and I am the Shared Human Resources Director of the Greater Nancy Metropolitan Area and the City and CCAS of Nancy. The Metropolitan Area comprises 20 municipalities and covers a catchment area of over 250,000 inhabitants, located in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department. This dynamic territory is recognized for its driving role in innovation, the economy, and the quality of public services offered to its residents. Recently, we undertook a consolidation of the HR departments of the Metropolitan Area and the City of Nancy. This involved reorganizing our teams and upskilling to ensure the continuity of our department. In total, the Metropolitan Area and the City employ approximately 3,500 staff members, which requires solid and responsive HR management.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Context of the Partnership with Alth\u00e9a \u2013 How Did You Discover Alth\u00e9a and Why This Partnership?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Olivier Montaigne: &#8220;Contact was established by Mr. Vernay from Alth\u00e9a, at a time when we were going through a significant reorganization period, related to the consolidation of our teams. With this context, and a recent appointment on my part (less than 6 months), we were observing inherent internal movements with the consolidation project, particularly within our absence management service. Only one person remained in position out of the four usually present. Our skills were improvable, and the organization could be optimized. We therefore seized the opportunity to conduct an audit with Alth\u00e9a to take stock. It cost us nothing and we hoped to identify areas for improvement.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Course of the Collaboration \u2013 How Did This Collaboration with Alth\u00e9a Go?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Olivier Montaigne: &#8220;Mr. Vernay was very clear from the outset, and his recommendations proved invaluable. The audit conducted by Alth\u00e9a&#8217;s teams estimated our recovery potential at 200,000 euros, a figure that was subsequently confirmed. The professionalism and simplicity of the exchanges facilitated the execution of the assignment. Our teams were supported effectively, with tailored advice and rigorous follow-up throughout the service.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>Julien Vernay, &#8220;<em>Working with Mr. Montaigne and his teams was a very positive experience. In less than 5 months, Alth\u00e9a was able to provide us with concrete solutions to regularize the last 24 months with immediate results, particularly in terms of cash flow.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Would You Recommend Alth\u00e9a to Other Organizations?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Olivier Montaigne: &#8220;Yes.
