Recently named Gold Laureate for Financial Direction, Best Talent Management at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sommet-des-leaders-de-la-finance.com\/\">2025 Finance Leaders Summit<\/a>, organized by D\u00e9cideurs Corporate Finance, he reflects on the collaboration between Alth\u00e9a and Ch\u00e2teauform\u2019 in selecting their new <a href=\"https:\/\/althea-groupe.com\/nos-solutions\/finance\/pilotage-de-la-performance\/\">EPM solution<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u201cAfter COVID, we observed the limitations of our processes. For example, it was difficult to produce reliable data on payroll monitoring.
