In 2022, the group launched a major project to redesign its HR information systems, including the implementation of a Core HR, talent management, learning and compensation modules, and a recruitment platform\u2014an initiative that Alth\u00e9a had the honour of supporting. <br\/><br\/>Discover the feedback from Ms Le Porho, Egis\u2019s HR Digital Director, on this collaboration.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A strategic need for a global organisation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>With a <strong>presence in nearly 100 countries and a very strong growth ambition<\/strong>, Egis had to meet a strategic need: <strong>to centralise and harmonise HR data through a single source<\/strong>. After an in-depth study and a rigorous tender process, Alth\u00e9a was selected to support the implementation of this transformation. <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;We appreciated the responsiveness, the completeness of the proposal and a budget approach suited to our needs. This relationship, initiated at the end of 2022, proved decisive for the success of the project.&#8221; <\/em>&#8211; Ms Le Porho, Egis HR Digital Director<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Structured and responsive support<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Alth\u00e9a played a role, first in the <strong>upstream phase by building the specifications, then as AMOA (Assistance to the Project Owner) on the project.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;The scale of the project was significant, the stages followed one another quickly, and the Alth\u00e9a teams were able to propose relevant and responsive profiles to meet our needs, sometimes within very tight deadlines.&#8221;<\/em><strong> <\/strong>&#8211; Ms Le Porho, Egis HR Digital Director<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Concrete actions were carried out by Alth\u00e9a to support us, such as:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support for organising and coordinating the project with various internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing the testing phases by defining use cases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing materials to support change management, including the preparation of user guides and communications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Results delivered<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>In September 2024, Egis <strong>rolled out Core HR globally for its 20,000 employees<\/strong>. The objectives were successfully achieved, on schedule and with minimal issues at go-live. <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;Among the strengths are the responsiveness and the quality of the deliverables, which are both structured and comprehensive. The working relationship has always been pleasant and constructive, marked by genuine collaboration. Every request received a quick and effective response, with attentive follow-up.
