A Rich and Solution-Oriented Career Path<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

A graduate in mechanical engineering from ENSMM, followed by a double master’s degree in business administration from IAE Aix-en-Provence, Mathieu began his career in Paris working on the interministerial Human Resources Management application. Very quickly, Alth\u00e9a approached him to embark on consulting in Paris. <\/p>\n\n

In Paris, he supported his clients in the end-to-end deployment of HR tools, in Time and Attendance Management (GTA) and HR development.<\/p>\n\n

But a personal project led him to Lyon:<\/p>\n\n

\u201cIt was a personal decision: I have family in Lyon, I had already done internships there, and it\u2019s a great city to settle down and build something long-term. I then asked to join the Lyon office, and Alth\u00e9a immediately supported my move.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

Paris is ideal for starting a career, but with experience, one feels the need for new challenges. Lyon then offers an excellent balance between professional and personal life. <\/p>\n\n
