It determines payroll reliability, cost control, operational continuity, social compliance, and the actual capacity of teams. It therefore directly impacts HR, financial, and operational challenges, linking what is planned, what is achieved, and what is actually consumed on the ground. <\/p>\n\n

And yet, it often remains under-managed.<\/p>\n\n

The Myth of GTA as a \u201cPayroll Tool\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

For a long time, GTA was perceived as an absence management system, a declarative tool, or simply a payroll prerequisite.<\/p>\n\n

In practice, this vision leads to a payroll managed retrospectively, decisions made without a consolidated view, and managers focused on corrections. It also exposes organizations more to social risks. <\/p>\n\n
