The magazine D\u00e9cideurs<\/a> has just published its 2025 ranking of consulting firms. After more than 15 years positioned as a leader in the HRIS\/HR consulting market (see the 2024 ranking<\/a>), Alth\u00e9a is doubly honored as “Excellent” in Finance Function Performance and in Operations, Purchasing & Supply Chain. <\/p>\n\n

A major recognition that illustrates the strength of a model based on complementary expertise and collective success.<\/p>\n\n

Two “Excellent” distinctions in the D\u00e9cideurs 2025 ranking: what do they represent for you and for Alth\u00e9a?<\/h2>\n\n

David Bella\u00efche:<\/strong> Above all, it’s a recognition from our clients. This ranking is based on their feedback and appreciation: they are the ones who choose.It demonstrates our ability to deliver and meet market demands. We are very proud to be recognized as “Excellent” alongside players like Accenture, PwC, or KPMG. It is the reward for the work undertaken over the past five years, including the risk taken by diversifying our activities. <\/p>\n\n

Today, we are the only independent firm in the market to support Finance, HR, and Procurement departments. This ability to cover all cross-functional areas is a major differentiator. <\/p>\n\n

Precisely, this diversification is at the heart of the Finance & Operations strategy launched in 2020. What made this gamble a success? <\/h2>\n\n

D.B.:<\/strong> We applied the same recipes as for HR: target the right markets, recruit the right profiles, build success stories. We first focused our efforts on the middle market (companies with \u20ac500M to \u20ac2Bn in revenue), a more accessible and less competitive segment than that of large groups, before gradually expanding. Then, we sought out key talents to ensure project success: first from integrators (Sopra, CGI\u2026), then from the Big Four themselves. <\/p>\n\n

Today, our Finance activity is split 50% between key accounts and 50% between the mid-market. We have successfully positioned ourselves on new large-scale projects, such as those for Vinci Construction, Decathlon, Accor, and Edenred, by leveraging concrete feedback and successful projects. This is what gives credibility to our support. <\/p>\n\n

Alth\u00e9a is also recognized as “Excellent” in Operations, Purchasing, and Supply Chain. How was this second distinction built? <\/h2>\n\n

D.B.:<\/strong> We simultaneously launched Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain activities in 2020, within the same P&L, with an integrated logic. Finance is often very close to procurement, and procurement very close to supply in certain sectors. We therefore chose a unified organization, driven by the same commercial and managerial dynamic. This allowed us to create strong synergy between teams and develop a coherent offering, capable of covering the entire operational performance chain. <\/p>\n\n

What is the key to the success of these teams, particularly those led by Garri Goldberg?<\/h2>\n\n

D.B.:<\/strong> You need a leader who inspires, a manager who understands both the business and client expectations. Garri, who has just been appointed Associate Director of the Firm, perfectly embodies this posture. But this success is above all based on the strength of the collective: a solid, committed, and very endearing team. Some come from the industry, others from integration or large consulting firms. This diversity of backgrounds is an asset. <\/p>\n\n

We also benefit from the loyalty of our clients \u2013 EDENRED, Bpifrance, Sogestran\u2026 \u2013 with whom we have built lasting partnerships. Our teams invest themselves by embodying Alth\u00e9a’s values in each mission with commitment, audacity, proximity, and agility. <\/p>\n\n

These distinctions consecrate a trajectory. What is the next step for Alth\u00e9a? <\/h2>\n\n

D.B.:<\/strong> We move forward with humility, but with the desire to strengthen our leadership in our key verticals. Our ambition is to continue to grow, innovate, and develop differentiating expertise, always serving our clients’ performance. This double distinction is a structuring step, but certainly not an end in itself. <\/p>\n\n

What message do you wish to convey to the teams and clients after this double recognition?<\/h2>\n\n

D.B.:<\/strong> Above all, I want to thank our clients and all our employees. These distinctions are the concrete expression of collective work and shared commitment: what we have been, what we are, and what we aspire to become. <\/p>\n\n

This success illustrates our ability to unite around a common vision, driven by demanding and benevolent management, focused on excellence and client satisfaction. Our foundations, based on honesty, commitment, and transparency, guide each of our actions. We support our clients with the same dedication as if they were our own projects, standing by them in successes as well as in more complex moments. This consistency and high standard explain the lasting trust they place in us. We will continue to move forward with the same energy and collective ambition because together we are capable of moving mountains and going further. <\/p>\n\n
